Ellers Farm Cottage exceeded my high expectations in every way possible. Not only was the cottage beautifully renovated to a high standard, but it was also impeccably clean and incredibly cosy. the hosts went above and beyond by returning my forgotten headphones, showing a level of care and attention to detail that truly impressed me. the heating was perfect, ensuring a comfortable stay in the chilly evenings, and the sitting area was so inviting that I found myself relaxing there for hours on end. the dining table was spacious and ideal for enjoying meals together, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment when needed. the carpeted floors added a touch of luxury to the cottage, making it feel like a true home away from home. I was delighted to find that the cottage had ironing facilities, as well as a washing machine and electric kettle, providing all the conveniences of everyday living. the location of the cottage on a beautiful farm added to the overall charm of the stay, with the peaceful surroundings and lovely walks along Lancaster Canal enhancing the experience. the little touches, such as the fresh eggs gifted by the hosts and the thoughtful provision of dog amenities for our furry companion, truly made our stay memorable.
